• Payment Runs Carrying out scheduled and Adhoc Payment runs in SAP.
• Reconciliation of Payment proposal with Rush Payments to ensur all urgent payments are being picked for payment
• Researching and clearing of payment exceptions before the payment run.
• Payment Rejections Voiding the payments in SAP which have been rejected by bank
• Communicating with the BU's for payment rejection and updation of vendor profile
• Seeing through the re-issue post confirmation of profile updation.
• Payment Stop / Void / Re-issue Ensuring necessary approvals for placing stop payment/ voiding check
• Voiding the payments in SAP post necessary approvals
• Adhering to AP policy for payment re-issue
• Query Handling Responding to external and internal email queries for AP
• Researching & investigating Payment status of invoices
• Attending and handling AP related calls, providing accurate information for payment / invoice status
• Following-up with different departments for invoice payments
