Job Description :

• Bid Management: Leading teams through a robust Bid Management process to achieve all required steps and approvals to meet client strict and tight deadlines
• Proposal Development: Leading teams to produce high quality proposals and documentation
• Commercial Management: Understand the key legal and financial levers and the major client drivers in order to ensure that pricing, legal position and proposal are aligned
• Team Leadership: Ability to ensure that multi-cultural teams unify behind common goals and objectives
• Personal: Excellent Writing and Comprehension skills; Ownership of deliverables
• Experience: Proven experience in managing and winning large bids, RFIs, RFP responses (over $20m) across Outsourcing, Technology and Consulting in multiple engagement models
