PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
ROLE:
Please note their role would not be limited to monitoring the NOC room.
The major work profile includes picking tickets in email and give resolution on phone, globally, to troubleshoot on Windows & MAC, provide L1 application support, assigning tickets to L2 team.
MUST HAVE: Must be comfortable with night shifts, have 6 months experience (no fresher), very good communication, IT and domain knowledge.
Person is required for following tasks as basic requirements:
NOC Alert and Incident Management
Picking Phone and tickets via Email to troubleshooting on Windows + Mac Machine
L1 Application support
Ticket assignment to Level 2 teams.
Interacting with users Globally for above tasks
Must be:
Strong in Comm skills/ Good communication
Understanding of IT and working on this domain Ok with Afternoon or Night shifts as it will be for 60% of working in a year.
