    Position Title : Business Development Officer / Worksite Marketing Officer - (On-role Sales Profile)

    PREREQUISITES: 

    1. Min Qualification : GRADUATE is a MUST 
    2. Work Experience: 0-3 yrs( Fresher or Experience in " SALES"  only preferred) 
    3. Good communication skills
    4. Should have keen interest in making sales(On-field), achieving targets.
    5. Only Male candidates preferred. 

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    1. Visit minimum 10 clients daily to pitch various retail Insurance products. (On - Field Sales)
    2. Arrange a calendar of visits to potential buyers by contacting people and making appointments- 
    3. Responsible to drive and close new business sales of General Insurance Products
    4. Should be able to develop strong rapport with the existing clients and potential customers
    5. Generate Leads and talk to all the leads and convert them into potential Business.
    6. Meet sales targets and budgets by Lead generation.
    7. Close the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
    8. As an insurance sales representative helps individuals to understand their insurance needs.
    9. Explains their options to them and assists them in purchasing appropriate insurance policies.
    10. Responsible for delivery of the Policy document.
    11. Accurately record and update the customers details.
    12. Co-ordination with Various Internal and External Stake holders.

    UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.A - Any Specialization, B.Arch - Architecture, B.B.A - Management, B.Com - Commerce, B.Ed - Education, B.Pharma - Pharmacy, B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, BCA - Computers, BDS - Dentistry, BHM - Hotel Management, BVSC - Veterinary Science, LLB - Law, Other Graduate
    PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
    Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
