Job Description :
- 2-5 to 5.0 years technical recruiting experience.
- USA End to End Recruitment Process, Salary / Hourly Rate negotiating, Editing & posting job description, resume shortlisting, calling candidates, interview scheduling, handling paperwork etc.
- Must have Good knowledge of corp-corp, 1099 and W2 tax terms.
- Demonstrated ability with recruiting best practices and habits
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in developing an effective pipeline for strong technical candidates
- Technologically savvy, with an excellent proficiency in Windows based technologies (including, but not limited to Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization abilities, including the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Team player
- Bachelors degree required
