To create and benchmark uniform standards of quality processes and Measures to ensure uniform and consistent Customer Experience

1. Implementation of National Quality Processes across all touch points e.g CC, stores, Back office, Outbound, DHL etc
2. Implementation and ensuring Quality across Service Partners
3. External Audit Score>Benchmark
4. Tagging Accuracy>98%

Dipstick 15% done on daily basis, SR audit As per the sample Size. Store infrastructure and Store people 2 Audit/month dialogue monitoring 2 per CRE per main store per month, The SR flow and Content Audit 2 Audit/month email audits As per sample size.
