    Job Description :
    To execute and maintain feature display, merchandise presentation, as per VM guides & directives from regional & head office. The role holder is also responsible for all the displays in Pantaloons stores and to implement and maintain the brand image within the store, ensuring visual consistency , The major challenges for the job holder are: 
    • Implementation and execution of the idea, and creating an eye for VM at the store level which is critical for effective visual merchandising 
    • Maintaining higher standards of visual merchandising to meet the competition 
    • Getting buy in for new initiatives from the senior management and then realizing the idea at the store level. 
    • Ensuring efficient coordination with vendors in terms of timely and quality delivery and also developing new vendors when required
    • Incorporating multiple thoughts and ideas flowing from all functions, managing and resolving any creative conflicts that might arise

    Eligibility : Any Graduate

    Experience : 1-3 years

    Salary : 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.

    Location : Mysore
