    Job Description
    • To Attend maximum customers via call, chat, E-mail Support.
    • Guide customers for doing certain procedures / steps for Quick
    • Heal Products.
    • To understand & elicit customer's issues / concern quickly and
    • help towards resolution.
    • Liable to escalate unresolved queries to next level with relevant
    • details to complete the Escalation matrix.
    • Responsible for Follow -up and feed Back of escalated issues.
    • Responsible for achieving Quarterly & Yearly Targets.
    • To educate customers about effective usage of Quick Heal
    • Products.
    • Carry the right attitude towards every customer.
    • Should be alert to notify in case of critical issues and expedite in reporting to seniors.
    • To Adhere customer service standards / protocols.


    Salary: 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 P.A
