    1.  2 - 3 years of hands on experience and expertise in development and maintenance of Mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, and DB2
    2. Experience in Application development and trouble shooting
    3. Excellent communication and client interfacing skills
    4. Strong knowledge of SDLC and quality process
    5. Willing to work in UK/US shift on rotation basis if required
    6. Education  BE/ B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
