Job Description:

• Handling calls of Customers Query. 
• Calling Customers for to know the exact reason of Refusal of Goods. 
• Understanding the problems/issues in terms of Product faced by Customer. 
• Calling Customers for alternative products. 
• Calling Customers for any Shipment Delay. 
• Facilitating Customers to return Defective products in Warehouse. 
• Providing Feedback to Logistics team about Customer experience in terms of Logistics & Distribution. 
• Working with Internal CRM software. 
• Preparing Calling reports at day end. 

Desired Profile:

• Strong Relationship building & persuasion skills. 
• Good communication Skills. 
• Proficiency in Computer & MS Excel. 
• Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential 
• Graduates from any field of study. 
• Attitude to grow-ambitious & yearning to learn. 
• You will work in 2PM 11PM shift.
