    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities :
    • All kind of documentation relating to MS OFFICE and PPT. (drafting letters, monthly messages, updating excel file lists etc.)
    • Checking of Vendor invoices for payment.
    • Preparation of claims, Purchase/Work Orders for admin related purchases.
    • Co-ordination with Branch Office.
    • Maintaining stationary stock of the office
    • Surfing and Introducing new and economic vendors for admin related purchases
    • Help to finance and accounts for Bank related matters.
    • Help in admin work.
    • Any other work  related to Admin, HR and Finance
    Education and Experience :
    • Working knowledge of MS OFFICE
    • Well versed with computer knowledge
    • Proficiency in written & verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledge of Administration Profile
