    Job Role : Administrative Services

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :


    • Support Business Case Development.
    • Support senior and executive management in making critical decisions and escalations by providing regular executive level briefings focusing on key activities, risks, and financial standing on the overall portfolio.  This includes development and management of portfolio level dashboards and metrics.
    • Develop and maintain portfolio level document repositories.
    • Manage cross-organizational portfolio activities which will require a high degree of coordination, communication and collaboration with both the business and technology teams.
    • Engage effectively with stakeholders at all management levels across Visa, including architects and strategists, technical IT subject matter experts, business partners, vendors, and Visa senior management in support responsibilities of this role.
    • Manage the submission of high quality and informative updates to C-Level management on behalf of the Developer Platform organization, which include Technology Executive dashboard and milestones reporting.
    • Work closely with IT groups, Capital Planning and Finance groups to support yearly annual operating (AOP) budgets and IT planning presentations for Executive management.
    • Work with business and technology subject matter experts to define roadmap and business case and other documentation needed for funding approvals.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for executive reporting, presentations, and month end financials, forecasting and audit activities.
    • Assist as needed with coordination and continuous improvement of various Technical Business Operations Management initiatives and programs, such as IT investment planning, architecture governance, and vendor management.
    • Develop and manage financial controls,
    • Implement tracking, reporting and trending analysis for cost center budgets.
    • Support cost center/resource managers with timely and accurate month end accruals/receiving.
    • Conduct Cost Center variance analysis for labor and non-labor expenses as reflected in Hyperion and Visa Financial Tools.
    • Support month end close activities such as Receiving – Track Purchase Orders and Receiving in Oracle Purchasing and determine appropriate month-end accruals
    • Tracking of Open PO’s to support cost center and project forecast and analyze variances
    • Understand run-rates and investigate variances as necessary. Develop tools and processes to enable forecast accuracy and support variance explanations.
    • Utilize Visa financial tools to support resource and activity planning.
    • Provide division management with financial recommendations based on project and cost center forecasts
    • Partner with RE&F and IT teams to oversee the build out of new Technology center facilities in Bangalore
    • Provide onsite business operations management support to different product development organizations as required
    • Present financial findings to SVP Developer Platform

    Qualifications :


    • Manage through influence, but without direct management authority.  Use capabilities to influence customers and stakeholders, and properly manage divergent expectations.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.  In particular, a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally as needed.
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically.
    • Financial services and card payments experience is a plus.
    • Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
    • Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
    • A BA/BS or equivalent work experience is required.  Concentration in Finance, Accounting or Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
