    • CCNA trained/certified with relevant Job experience.
    • Knowledge of Linux/ UNIX, firewalls / proxies
    • Technical bent of mind and good technical aptitud
    • Willing to work in 24*7 Support (Including Night Shifts)
    • Prior experience of Voice based technical support
    • Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills

    Skills :

    • Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz: Routing Protocols, Working of SMTP, HTTP, DNS, TCP/ IP, Basic operating systems related to networking
