    • Resolve customer queries through Chat and maintain quality standards by following client procedures and processes;
    • Understand the issue, provide clarification to the customers and process each case as per the customer requirements and set guidelines;
    • Escalate any issue to the Team Manager on time;
    • Task oriented, carrying out activities clearly defined within a job/role description. Is responsible for their individual performance targets and contribution to team performance targets, ensuring they are doing the right thing for the customer.
