    Job Description :
    • Any Graduate (B.E / B.Tech also can apply)
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
    • 1 year of experience in handling e-mail correspondence in any industry
    • Role is to provide e-mail correspondence support to Enterprise Customers along with Close Looping & Service Request Closure as and when required
    • Work Location is Tech Mahindra, Viman Nagar, Giga Space, Pune.
    Skills :
    • Relevant Experience in written communication / email processes in any industry
    • Good comprehension & interpretation skills to understand customer issues / complaints and respond in accordance
    • Adaptive, ready to learn, contribute and deliver consistently under pressure
    • Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages and temperament
    • Excellent skills on MS Word & Excel
    • Good Typing Speed
    • Customer Oriented bent of mind with good analytical skills
