    Job Role : TR Customer Support Officer

    Job Description :
    • Language proficiency - Good English and Hindi speaking skills
    • Good comprehension and conversational skill
    • Should have good presence of mind.
    • Should possess good rapport building and problem solving skills
    • Candidate should be able to understand customer requirements and offer tailor made solutions.
    • Candidate should be able to handle irate / demanding customers where necessary.
    • He/She should be able to Multitask (e.g. simultaneously screen navigation, talk & type, etc.)
    • Should be able to meet defined quality metrics
    • Should be willing to work on rotational shift and rotational weekly off
    •  Female candidates to be rostered for rotational day shifts.

    Job Location : Pune

    Salary : 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 P.A

    Educational Qualification : 
    • Under grad(10+2) with minimum 1 year of work experience.
    • Graduates without any prior work experience are also be considered (except BE)

    Experience Required : 1 - 5 Years
