    Job Role : Programme Analyst

    Job Description :
    • Any Graduate with a good Experience in MS Excel(VlookUp ,HLookUp, Formulas, Pivot Table). 
    • MS Powerpoint and with good analytical skills. 
    • Basic knowledge in Macros/VBA preferred.
    • Collect, collate & cleanse data as per procedure.
    • Prepare reports accurately as per client requirements.
    • On time creation of reports by chasing for data on a regular basis, validating data received and processing reports as per deadlines agreed with the client.
    • Contribute to overall achievements of the required SLA by delivering to KPIs.
    • Maintain and update records as per process requirements e.g. updating work database.
    • Maintain customer service and quality standards by following client procedures and processes.
    • Maintain knowledge of excel and analytical skills through assessments and BAU work.
    • Escalate any issues or ideas to the Team Manager.

    Skills :
    • Good Communication skills.
