    Job Description :

    • This is a service desk job requiring good communication skills and working knowledge of computers and mobile devices. 
    • Core job functions involve answering customer calls / emails / chats, collect client information, resolve technical issues and record the interaction during call management systems. 
    • The role also involves interactions with clients, delivery managers, immediate managers and other team members to ensure timely resolution of an issue and a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Job Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore

    Salary : 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A. Incentives and Shift allowances

    Educational Qualification : Any Under-Graduates (12th, PUC, Diploma), Graduates (Engg and Non Engg) and Post  Graduates.
