- Put together estimates for the overall solutions
- Put together project plan and maintain project plan for a large scale complex java project with over 20 member team
- In depth understanding of Java Spring framework, SOA architecture
- Provide inputs on and review the overall application architecture
- Ability to design complex components and review other
- Ability to help team setting up right process and follow robust SDLC methodology for ensuring a quality product
- Strong communication skill and ability to work with external vendors and end clients directly
