- MS Powerpoint and with good analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge in Macros/VBA preferred.
- Collect, collate & cleanse data as per procedure.
- Prepare reports accurately as per client requirements.
- On time creation of reports by chasing for data on a regular basis, validating data received and processing reports as per deadlines agreed with the client.
- Contribute to overall achievements of the required SLA by delivering to KPIs.
- Maintain and update records as per process requirements e.g. updating work database.
- Maintain customer service and quality standards by following client procedures and processes.
