    • Cash Check and co-ordinate with all stakeholders regarding facility related activities like water, electricity bills. 
    • Co-ordination Timely response top all queries
    • Follow up with all stake-holders for operational activities. 
    • Good inter personal relations with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Keeping seniors updated on all developments. 
    Cash management :
    • Cash handover and acknowledgement 
    • Cash and POS reconciliation on the system
    • CMS handover
    • Petty cash management 
    • Insurance related support
    • Document Accountability (bills, slips)
    • Cash collection for lost shipments
    • Own recovery process for lost shipments
    Skills : 
    • Computer skills
    • ERP exposure/handling
    • Basic office word, excel
    • Comfort in handling computers 
    Local knowledge :
    • Knowledge of local dialect
    Interpersonal skills :
    • Basic communication
    • Responding on mails
    • Basic English know how
    Analytical ability :
    • Understanding of basic numbers
    • Ability to infer basic report
